Shipping Policy

**Where we ship.** We currently ship within the **United States**.

**Free shipping.** Enjoy **free standard shipping on all orders over $35**. Orders under $35 are charged a flat standard-shipping rate shown at checkout.

**Order processing.** Orders are processed within **1–2 business days** (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your order ships.

**Delivery times.** Standard delivery typically takes **3–7 business days** after processing, depending on your location.

**Perishable items.** Our **Ready-to-Eat bowls and bone broths** are made fresh in small batches. These ship with appropriate packaging and may be sent on select days to preserve freshness β€” please refrigerate promptly on arrival and follow the storage guidance on each package.

**Incorrect addresses.** Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't able to reroute packages once shipped; orders returned due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at an additional shipping charge.

**Lost or delayed packages.** If tracking shows an issue or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email **info@happydaypets.com** and we'll help resolve it.
