**Our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee**
We stand behind every treat we make. If you or your dog aren't happy with your purchase, contact us within **30 days** of delivery at **info@happydaypets.com** and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund of the product price β no need to ship anything back.
**Because our products are food.** For the safety of every pup, opened or used consumable items (treats, freeze-dried, ready-to-eat bowls, and broths) cannot be resold and therefore cannot be physically returned. Your satisfaction is still fully covered by the guarantee above.
**Damaged, defective, or wrong items.** If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, email **info@happydaypets.com** within **7 days** of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund right away at no cost to you.
**How refunds are issued.** Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within **5β10 business days** of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
**Subscriptions.** You can skip, pause, or cancel a Subscribe & Save order anytime before its next billing date from your account or by emailing us. Orders already processed follow the guarantee above.
