About the role

As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you'll keep treats moving — running an organized, efficient warehouse and reliable logistics operation that gets product to customers, retailers, and marketplaces on time. You'll own inventory accuracy, shipping, and the systems that let a growing DTC brand scale smoothly.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, receiving, and storage.
• Own inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and stock organization.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping across DTC, retail, and marketplaces.
• Manage carrier relationships, rates, and freight for retail/wholesale orders.
• Lead and schedule the fulfillment team to hit shipping SLAs.
• Improve warehouse layout, processes, and safety standards.
• Track KPIs like accuracy, on-time shipping, and cost per order.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in warehouse or logistics management.
• Experience with ecommerce and/or retail/wholesale fulfillment.
• Strong grasp of inventory management and WMS/ERP systems.
• Proven ability to lead and schedule a team.
• Organized, hands-on, and process-driven.
• Comfortable in a fast-growing, physical environment.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping to Amazon FBA and Walmart fulfillment.
• Familiarity with Shopify and 3PL workflows.
• Forklift certification.

Compensation: Depending on experience.
