About the role

As Production Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day making of our crunchy chips and freeze-dried treats — keeping production running smoothly, safely, and on schedule. You'll manage the team, the throughput, and the quality that lets us keep up with a fast-growing brand without ever cutting corners on our single-ingredient promise.

What you'll do

• Plan and manage daily production schedules and output.
• Lead, train, and schedule the production team.
• Ensure batches meet quality, yield, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with QA, Food Safety, and Warehouse on materials and flow.
• Monitor equipment, troubleshoot, and minimize downtime.
• Track production KPIs and drive efficiency improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant production floor.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years in production or manufacturing, ideally food/pet food.
• Experience leading and scheduling a production team.
• Strong understanding of GMPs and food safety practices.
• Problem-solver who stays calm under pressure.
• Organized, hands-on, and focused on quality and efficiency.
• Clear communicator across departments.

Nice to have

• Experience with freeze-drying or dehydration processes.
• Lean/continuous improvement background.
• Experience scaling production at a growing company.

Compensation: Depending on experience.
