About the role
As a Fulfillment Associate, you're the hands that get Happy Day Pets treats out the door and to happy dogs everywhere. You'll pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and with care, helping us keep customers delighted and reviews glowing. It's a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in getting it right.
What you'll do
- Pick, pack, and ship customer and wholesale orders accurately.
- Verify products, quantities, and shipping details before sealing.
- Keep packing stations stocked, clean, and organized.
- Help receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
- Meet daily shipping targets and SLAs.
- Flag damaged product or low stock to the warehouse lead.
What we're looking for
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to stand, lift, and move boxes throughout a shift.
- Comfortable with repetitive, fast-paced work.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and order systems.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Care about accuracy and customer experience.
Nice to have
- Prior warehouse or fulfillment experience.
- Experience with Shopify or shipping software.
- Familiarity with a fast-growing ecommerce environment.
Compensation: Depending on experience.
